Zone 5
Lateral Lower Back
Do you suffer from lateral lower back pain?
Most adults will suffer from lower back pain at some point in their life. For some of us this is short term, however many of us have persistant pain lasting beyond 12 weeks.

The lowest point of your back is what supports the entire weight of your upper body, which can place alot of stress on this area. An accident, age or lifestyle are often the causes of pain, which can be felt in your lower back, hip, buttocks or even down your legs.

The bac< Sacroiliac Belt has been developed to help support the lowest area of your back and hips, preventing excess movement and reducing pain.
Many things can trigger lower back pain. These include:
  • Loose ligaments which allow for too much movement of the joints or hips
  • An injury to the area from bending, lifting, a fall or even sitting for long periods of time
  • Activities that require a lot of use from the joints, such as jogging and cycling
  • After childbirth when joints are loose or sprained
